Recommends- policy and procedure to align with overall Nuance policies and People & Employment Practices strategy
Develops- employee relations programs which strengthen overall employee engagement and employee satisfaction
Supports- Training & Development with any training related to Employee Relations
Ensures- Employee Handbooks/Policies remain updated
Remains -current with changes in employment law and ensures compliance in APAC region
Management -of employee issues to include investigation and resolution
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong experience in conducting Investigations
Thorough understanding of state and country laws concerning labor relations. (APAC Region)
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations.
Management of Compliance related requirements incl. Internal awareness session facilitation
Education and Experience:
LLB/Bachelors or Masters degree in Labor Law ,Employee Relations, Human Resource, related field required.
8 to 12 years of professional experiece including four years in employee relations preferred
